About the Role:
As a Team Member, you will play a key role in ensuring every guest receives outstanding service and enjoys our delicious range of desserts – from handcrafted waffles and crepes to indulgent sundaes, milkshakes, coffee, cakes, and our signature gelato.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver warm, friendly, and engaging service to all guests
- Demonstrate initiative and remain composed under pressure
- Multitask effectively and contribute as a reliable team player
- Anticipate and respond to guests’ needs with professionalism
- Uphold high hygiene and food safety standards
- Prepare and serve desserts and beverages in line with recipe and presentation standards
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation protocols (comprehensive training provided)
What We’re Looking For:
- High energy and a positive attitude
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and late evenings
- Previous experience in customer service or food preparation is desirable but not essential – full training will be provided
- An outgoing personality and a passion for guest-facing roles
