Experienced Multi Skilled Tradesperson required for the stunning Lulworth Estate!

Lulworth Estate is looking for a skilled and motivated Multi-Skilled Tradesperson to join our friendly in-house Buildings team. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a well-established estate, helping to maintain our portfolio of holiday cottages to the high standards our guests expect.
The Role
As part of our in-house team, you'll carry out a wide range of maintenance and repair work across our holiday cottages, ensuring they remain welcoming, comfortable and beautifully presented throughout the year.
Your work will include:
- Internal and external decorating
- Basic carpentry and joinery repairs
- Hanging pictures, mirrors and other fixtures
- Minor plumbing repairs, including replacing tap washers and similar maintenance tasks
- General property repairs and preventative maintenance
- Preparing cottages for guest arrivals and responding promptly to maintenance issues
This is a genuinely varied role that offers the satisfaction of seeing the direct impact of your work in properties that are enjoyed by thousands of visitors each year.
About You
We're looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, works to a high standard and takes genuine pride in their craftsmanship.
You'll ideally have:
- Previous experience in a similar multi-skilled maintenance, property maintenance or building role
- Practical skills across a range of trades, with confidence working independently
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to producing quality work
- A positive, flexible and can-do attitude
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a close-knit team
- A full UK driving licence
