We are seeking a dedicated grade 3 Teaching Assistant with SEND experience and a proven ability to support pupils initially in Key Stage 2. You’ll work closely with class teachers and the SENDCo to ensure every child receives the tailored support they need to thrive.

Key Responsibilities
- Classroom Collaboration — Work alongside teachers to support engaging lessons and interventions.
- SEND Support — Provide targeted support for pupils with a range of additional needs; adapting strategies to meet individual learning profiles.
- KS2 Assistance — Work with pupils in Years 5 and 6; supporting curriculum delivery and emotional wellbeing.
- Pastoral Care — Build trusting relationships with pupils; ensuring they feel valued, understood and supported.
- Inclusive Practice — Promote a classroom culture where every child feels safe to participate and succeed.

- Experience with SEND; including supporting pupils with ASD, ADHD, SEMH or learning difficulties
- Knowledge of KS2 curriculum and age-related expectations
