Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our organisation. The successful applicant will work closely with our Operational team, supporting our managers where necessary, this would cover things like resolving workplace disputes, carrying out the company disciplinary process, monitoring staff attendance and general day to day issues that may arise.
Duties
- Facilitate communication between departments regarding HR policies, updates, and initiatives.
- Organise training sessions, workshops, and employee engagement activities.
- Maintain organised records of employee information, attendance, leave, and performance data.
- Provide HR advice and ensure the company and its management follow latest guidance and employment law.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively across departments.
- Proficiency in data entry and management within HR software environments including Salesforce.
- Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail in maintaining employee records and documentation.
- Knowledge of HR processes, policies, and compliance standards.
- Ability to work independently whilst managing multiple priorities efficiently. This role is ideal for a motivated individual eager to develop their career within human resources while supporting organisational success through effective HR practices.
- Experience with TUPE is beneficial.
Pay: From £25,000.00 per year
