The Role
We are looking for talented and motivated Chefs to join our teams in Beddgelert and Tremadog. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering outstanding culinary experiences while contributing to a passionate and dedicated hospitality team.
Key ResponsibilitiesFood Preparation & Kitchen Operations
- Prepare and cook high-quality dishes in line with menu specifications
- Ensure smooth and efficient kitchen operations
- Maintain consistency in portion control and presentation
- Uphold high standards of food quality at all times
Health, Safety & Compliance
- Adhere to all food safety and health & safety regulations
- Maintain allergen controls and accurate documentation
- Ensure a clean, organised, and safe working environment
- Follow all Bosworth Leisure Group policies and procedures
Stock Control & Ordering
- Manage stock levels effectively
- Ensure correct storage and stock rotation
- Minimise waste and maximise kitchen efficiency
- Order supplies as required
Collaboration & Customer Experience
- Work closely with Front of House and management teams
- Maintain clear kitchen-to-service communication
- Deliver timely service during busy periods
- Respond to customer feedback to continuously improve
Menu Development
- Collaborate with management to develop new dishes and menus
- Contribute creative ideas to enhance the overall dining experience
About You
- Self-motivated and reliable
- Passionate about food and hospitality
- Able to work flexible hours, including early mornings and late finishes
- Must have reliable transport due to location requirements
