Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and professional 18T Delivery Driver to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for safely transporting goods to various locations, ensuring timely deliveries, and maintaining excellent customer service. Responsibilities
- adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Load and unload goods using appropriate equipment, ensuring secure placement on the vehicle.
- Conduct pre-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in safe working condition.
- Deliver goods to clients or distribution centres accurately and on time, providing excellent customer service throughout each interaction.
- Maintain accurate delivery documentation and logs in accordance with company policies.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and clients regarding delivery schedules or any issues encountered during transit.
- Follow all health and safety procedures to minimise risks during operation and loading/unloading processes.
Experience
- Proven experience as a delivery driver, preferably within a commercial or logistics environment.
- Strong driving skills with a clean driving record; experience Multi drop deliveiers a must
- Familiarity with delivery routes within the local area and beyond is advantageous.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to commercial vehicle operation.
- Ability to handle physical tasks associated with loading, unloading, and securing cargo safely.

Pay: £14.00-£16.00 per hour
