Responsibilities

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of your designated station, adhering to food safety and hygiene regulations at all times.
- Support the kitchen team during busy periods, ensuring efficient meal preparation and timely service.
- Monitor stock levels of ingredients and communicate shortages or needs to the head chef or sous chef.
- Follow all food safety procedures, including proper storage, handling, and sanitation practices.
- Serve dishes with attention to presentation, ensuring an appealing experience for guests.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in food preparation and cooking within a professional kitchen environment.
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, meal preparation, and food safety standards.
- Prior restaurant or hospitality experience is highly desirable.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards collaboration.
- Basic understanding of serving procedures and customer service principles.
- Culinary certifications or relevant training are a plus but not mandatory.
