In a growing business we need young people with ambition and energy who want to learn and are willing to apply themselves
People who can do excel and are willing to pitch in at 2am on a Thursday if one of the bakers is having a hard time. People who can conduct customer surveys and analyse the results and also knock on doors of possible clients.
People who can learn to manage our CRM software and over see recipes in our ERP system.

You do not need to be a baker but you need to hve passion for what your business does and you need to genuinely respect the craftmanship and dedication of those who actually produce in our business.
The bakers are the heart of what we do. Their hands are the uktimate source of value and your salary. All that you do is to make their daily products find a profitable place in the market.
