Battle Sports Centre requires a Duty Manager to ensure the smooth running of the facility during it’s opening hours, delivering a high quality and safe experience for all who visit the Centre.
This role involves acting as first point of contact for all sports facility visitors, and as such you must be ready to communicate with a diverse range of clients, including members of the public, children and young people and other user groups. The working hours include evenings and weekends.
The successful applicant will be enthusiastic with great customer service skills and an interest in the sport and leisure industry. It is essential that you have a level 2 or 3 Fitness Instructor Qualification.
