Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and courteously to customer enquiries via phone, email, or chat platforms.
- Perform accurate data entry to record customer interactions and transactions efficiently.
- Assist customers with account management, troubleshooting issues, and providing product or service information.
- Upsell additional products or services where appropriate to enhance customer satisfaction and business growth.
- Analyse customer queries and provide compliant resolutions
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of our clients product, policies, and procedures to ensure consistent service delivery.
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills during all interactions with clients.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex customer concerns effectively.
