This position is for 24 hours per week, this is on a Rota basis, including weekends. Shifts include hours from 7am up to 7.30pm

As a Health Care Assistant, you will be part of a dedicated and friendly team, providing high quality, person centred care to our residents while they rest. You'll help create a calm, reassuring environment and be there for those who need support. This role is made up of
- Providing personal care with dignity and respect
- Supporting residents with mobility and repositioning
- Carrying out regular wellbeing checks
- Assisting with people with meals and drinks
- Responding promptly to call bells and any needs
- Maintaining accurate records and handovers
- Helping to ensure a peaceful and safe environment
The right candidate should have:
- A kind, patient and reliable nature
- A genuine passion for caring for others
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Previous care experience is desirable but not essential - full training provided
- The ability to work independently and stay calm under pressure
Pay: £13.10 per hour
