We are seeking two experienced and motivated Immigration Caseworkers to join our team.
Role Overview
The Immigration Caseworker will be responsible for assisting on a caseload of varied immigration matters and supporting solicitors in delivering high-quality legal services.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist on and progress a caseload of UK immigration matters from instruction through to completion.
- Draft legal representations, covering letters, and reviewing supporting documentation.
- Conduct legal research relating to immigration legislation, policy changes, and case law.
- Liaise with clients, the Home Office, barristers, and other relevant parties.
- Maintain accurate case files and records in accordance with firm procedures.
- Assist solicitors with appeals, administrative reviews, judicial reviews and complex immigration matters where required.
- Take instructions from clients where necessary.
- Ensure compliance with professional, regulatory, and confidentiality obligations.
- File management and administration.
- Meet performance targets
- Keep up to date with law and practice.
- Attend internal training and external training as and when required.
- Participate in team meetings.

Requirements
- Law degree at 2:2 or higher (essential)
- Level 2 IAAS Accreditation (preferred)
- Previous experience working in UK immigration law of at least 2 years full-time or equivalent (essential)
- Strong knowledge of immigration law, policies and procedure.
- Ability to work closely with vulnerable clients and with colleagues
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.
- High attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management systems.
