Lead with Purpose – Join Us as a CQC Registered Manager!
We are looking for an experienced CQC Registered Manager to lead a well-established nursing home. This role offers an excellent opportunity to ensure the highest standards of care, compliance, and team leadership while making a meaningful difference in the lives of residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain CQC registration and ensure compliance with all regulatory standards.
- Oversee quality assurance and continuously improve care delivery.
- Lead and support a multidisciplinary team, fostering a positive and collaborative environment.
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring safety, well-being, and excellence in care standards.
- Ensure care is tailored to each resident’s individual needs, promoting dignity and independence.
- Identify and manage risks to maintain a safe environment for residents and staff.
- Oversee safeguarding procedures, ensuring the protection of vulnerable individuals.
- Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous learning.
- Regularly review and enhance policies, procedures, and best practices.

Candidate Requirements:
- NVQ Level 5 in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
- First Aid & CPR certification
- Strong commitment to continuous learning and development
- Compassionate, empathetic leader with excellent decision-making skills
- Proactive and results-driven, with a passion for delivering high-quality care
