JOB SUMMARY
We require an Customer Care Administrator Apprentice to help with the smooth running of the Customer Care department. The successful candidate must have good Microsoft package skills, be pro-active and respond positively to requests. The successful candidate will be required to attend college to study NVQ Customer Service on a day release. There is a good chance of progression for the right candidate.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Acting as the first point of contact for customers via telephone, email and online enquiries
- Responding to customer queries in a professional, helpful and timely manner
- Logging and managing customer care cases using the company’s internal systems
- Liaising with internal departments, contractors and site teams to help resolve customer issues efficiently
- Scheduling customer appointments and coordinating remedial or maintenance works where required
- Providing general administrative support to the Customer Service team
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring customer information is kept up to date
- Supporting the team with additional administrative duties as required

- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Good IT skills, including experience using Microsoft Office applications

- 35 hours per week
- Monday to Friday
