Karepack Pharmacy is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Dispenser to join our dedicated team. The successful candidate will play a key role in the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy, ensuring that dispensing services are delivered to a consistently high standard, while also providing excellent customer service and supporting the pharmacy team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Dispensing: Accurately prepare and dispense prescriptions.
- Customer Service: Customer queries, resolving issues professionally and efficiently.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Pharmacy Services or equivalent.
- Excellent knowledge of pharmacy systems and procedures.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and with a high level of attention to detail.
- Professional, responsible, and proactive attitude.
- Familiarity with PMR systems.
