Start Date: November 2026. Fixed term initial contract 1 year- potential for extension and career progression.

Are you a passionate and self-motivated Rehab Physiotherapist looking to develop your career in a supportive and progressive environment? We are seeking a Band 5 equivalent Physiotherapist to join our growing not-for-profit clinic, delivering high-quality care across adult neurological rehabilitation as well as balance and gait rehabilitation and complex trauma.

- We feedback as required during informal and formal supervision meetings to ensure achievement of the above values
Key Responsibilities
· Deliver high-quality rehabilitation physiotherapy across neurological, MSK and functional conditions
· Monitor, evaluate, and document patient progress effectively
· Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, patients, and families
· Maintain professional and HCPC standards of practice
· Contribute to service development and continuous improvement
· To supervises 1:1 and group physiotherapy sessions with support from Senior staff
- To develop assessment and treatment skills through experiential learning, CPD and best practise
- To support the smooth running of the clinic, including; answering the phone, taking messages, cleaning clinic areas, checking equipment, opening and closing up, supporting senior staff
- To be responsible for own diary and bookings with support as needed
- To be responsible for payments using Sum up or sending invoices when appropriate
- To present a professional and empathetic persona when representing the clinic
- To communicate effectively and appropriately with staff and clients including those with complex cognitive and communication needs
- To keep appropriate written records of treatments and interactions as required by HCPC regulations
- To maintain appropriate CPD
- To be attend and be an active participant in supervisions and appraisals
Essential Skills & Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent (essential)
· HCPC registration (essential)
· Experience or strong interest in neurological rehabilitation and complex MSK conditions
· Confidence working independently and within a team
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
· Empathy, compassion, and a patient-focused approach
· Commitment to ongoing professional development and training
· Access to own vehicle and ability to drive is essential to the post.
