We are a well-established legal services firm with a team of around 20 people. Having successfully served our clients for over 25 years, we are looking to recruit a new member of our Banking Department.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a friendly, professional team in a varied and rewarding role. The successful candidate will assist clients with applications for both personal and corporate banking facilities, liaising with banks and financial institutions in the UK and overseas to help ensure applications are processed efficiently and accurately.
Previous experience in banking, financial services, legal services or administration would be an advantage, but it is not essential. Full training and ongoing support will be provided for the right candidate.
The successful applicant will be organised, conscientious and able to work with accuracy and attention to detail. Strong communication skills, a professional approach and the ability to handle confidential information are essential.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has excellent organisational and administrative skills.
- Has strong attention to detail and can manage multiple applications simultaneously.
- Is confident communicating with clients, banks and other organisations by telephone and email.
- Is able to work accurately while meeting deadlines.
- Is keen to learn and develop within the role.
The role includes:
- Preparing and processing personal and corporate banking applications.
- Liaising with UK and overseas banks on behalf of clients.
- Monitoring the progress of applications and maintaining accurate records.
- Providing clients with updates throughout the application process.
- Working closely with colleagues to deliver a high standard of client service.
