We are looking for a reliable and practical person to work on a small building site in Solihull for approximately six to eight weeks.
You will work directly with the project manager, helping with a varied range of day-to-day tasks. Duties will include general cleaning, keeping work areas tidy, moving and organising materials, basic repairs and maintenance, assisting tradespeople and other general site duties as required.
You are not expected to be qualified or highly skilled in any particular trade. However, you should have basic practical knowledge, be willing to turn your hand to different tasks and be able to follow instructions.
All necessary tools can be provided if required.
The ideal person will be reliable, hardworking and capable of working independently when needed.
Pay: £13.83-£20.00 per hour
