Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and staff facilities using commercial cleaning equipment and supplies
- Ensure all surfaces, floors, bathrooms, and common areas are sanitized to meet health and safety standards
- Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, and cleaning materials to maintain operational efficiency
- Report any maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution and uphold safety standards
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety protocols consistently to deliver quality service
- Assist with laundry duties including sorting, washing, folding, and storing linens and towels
- Maintain detailed records of cleaning activities and supply usage to support operational transparency
Qualifications
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial roles preferred
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently under time constraints
- Ability to handle cleaning chemicals safely and follow health & safety guidelines
- Excellent organizational skills with a proactive approach to tasks
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout shifts
- Good communication skills for effective teamwork and reporting issues promptly
