Do you have a passion for data, analytics and workforce planning? Are you someone who enjoys turning complex workforce information into meaningful insights that drive better decision-making? Join Elysium Healthcare as a Workforce Insights & Compliance Analyst and play a key role in ensuring workforce data is accurate, compliant and supports the efficient delivery of services across the organisation.
In this analytical and rewarding role, you will be responsible for monitoring contracted hours against actual hours worked, providing valuable workforce insights that support payroll accuracy, operational planning and regulatory compliance.
