About the Role
We are looking for an ambitious and driven Area Sales Manager to join our growing team at HTG Trading. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated sales professional to take ownership of a defined territory, develop key relationships, and drive revenue growth across a premium equipment portfolio.
You will be responsible for promoting and selling a range of industry-leading products, working with dealers, resellers, consultants, and end users to identify opportunities and deliver results.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth across all Hubbard Systems and HTG product ranges within your territory
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and end users
- Promote the Scotsman product range and identify opportunities to expand market share
- Achieve and exceed sales targets, maximising profitability and margin opportunities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and markets
- Launch and promote new products within your region
- Deliver product demonstrations, training, and presentations to customers
- Manage customer accounts, including those with bespoke requirements
- Respond quickly and professionally to customer enquiries, issues, and service requests
- Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular sales reports
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in field sales, ideally within capital equipment or dealer-led markets
- A confident, self-motivated individual with a proactive “can-do” attitude
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a wider team
- Commercial awareness with a focus on delivering results
- Full UK driving licence
Desirable (but not essential)
- Experience selling into dealerships, KES, or reseller channels
- Knowledge of commercial equipment or similar product ranges
- Understanding of leasing, warranties, and structured sales processes
