We at Everest Pharmacy are looking for a hardworking, motivated, enthusiastic and versatile individual to join our Everest pharmacy branch in Wallasey Village, CH45 3LR. It is essential that you have excellent customer service skills and a pleasant telephone manner and enjoy working within a team. Previous pharmacy experience is preferable. Must have exceptional customer service skills.
Your role will include:
Meeting and greeting patients and assisting them with their queries.
Managing customer requests, and managing the shop sales and stock on the shop floor.
Preparing prescriptions for the pharmacist to check.
Managing stock inventory, ensuring enough stock is available and stock rotation is done.
Maintaining a clean and safe working dispensary.
Maintaining pharmacy records and filling prescriptions.
Provide services to patients to help maintain a healthy balance lifestyle.
Contribute to team effort to ensure targets are met.
