Join Our Growing Private Orthodontic Service
Wellingborough Dental & Implant Clinic is seeking an ambitious clinician to lead and grow our orthodontic offering. We are looking for either:
- A Private General Dentist with a Special Interest in Fixed Orthodontics, or
- A Specialist Orthodontist / Orthodontic Specialist
The primary focus of the role will be delivering fixed brace treatment, with Invisalign forming a smaller part of the caseload.
This is an excellent opportunity for a clinician who enjoys comprehensive orthodontic treatment planning, values high clinical standards, and wants to work within a well-supported, multidisciplinary private practice with an established referral network.
The Role
You will:
- Provide high-quality private orthodontic care with a primary focus on fixed braces
- Carry out comprehensive orthodontic consultations and treatment planning
- Treat both adolescent and adult patients
- Provide Invisalign where clinically appropriate
- Work closely with our Treatment Coordinators to maximise patient understanding and case acceptance
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team for complex and interdisciplinary cases
- Deliver an outstanding patient experience throughout every stage of treatment
Patient Demand
We have an established private patient base and are continuing to invest heavily in marketing and patient acquisition.

Candidate Requirements
We welcome applications from clinicians who are:
- GDC registered
- Hold a valid NHS Performer Number (preferred for dentists)
- Have appropriate indemnity cover
- Have the right to work in the UK
- Have significant experience providing fixed orthodontic treatment
- Passionate about delivering ethical, high-quality orthodontic care
