JOB OVERVIEW
At Huckleberrys Bar & Grill our guests demand the finest food, service and atmosphere. It is for our team to deliver these exacting standards with the key aim of retaining and attracting new customers.
To manage and oversee all operational aspects including food preparation, service delivery, guest experience, financial management, staffing, marketing and public relations.
PERSON SPECIFICATION
As the Restaurant Supervisor at Huckleberrys you must be confident, friendly, passionate, enthusiastic, and welcoming with excellent communication, organization, problem solving and interpersonal skills. You must have an eye for detail and be able to work under pressure whilst maintaining strong leadership skills to ensure the team always deliver excellent customer service. You must be able to multitask effectively and prioritize tasks based on the company needs.
You must also have commercial awareness, marketing, and business acumen.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
You must:
Have proof of right to work in the UK
Have a UK bank account in your own name
Be able to converse in English
Have a fixed place of residence within a reasonable travelling distance of your main workplace
Hold a valid Personal Licence

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Recruitment and training the team
Enforcing workplace policies
Control financial aspects of the business
Monitoring the restaurant to ensure a positive guest experience and staff are working efficiently
Creating staff rota’s
Manage suppliers, inventory, and equipment
To have a thorough knowledge of and adherence to the law regarding the following company regulations.
Licensing Laws
Health & Safety Regulations
Food Handling & Hygiene Laws
Fire Regulations and Procedures
First Aid Procedures
To bring a positive motivating attitude to leading the team to ensure the high standards of the company are met at all times
Pay: From £14.50 per hour
