Location: Milton Keynes (covering Daventry, Coventry & surrounding areas)

We are a fast-growing automotive locksmith and vehicle security business based in Milton Keynes, providing specialist services across Daventry, Coventry, and surrounding areas.
Due to increasing demand, we are looking to expand our team with skilled and reliable individuals from a mechanical background.
The Opportunity: We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Mechanic / Automotive Technician who is interested in expanding into the growing automotive locksmith and vehicle security industry.
This is a flexible freelance opportunity ideal for someone already working within the motor trade who wants to develop additional skills and increase their earning potential.
Training & Development: Full training in automotive locksmithing and vehicle security services will be provided, giving you the opportunity to learn a specialist trade with strong demand and long-term potential.
Key Responsibilities:
* Attend customer call-outs for vehicle locksmith and security-related work
* Diagnose and resolve issues on-site efficiently and professionally
* Carry out key replacements, lock repairs, and basic vehicle security tasks
* Provide excellent customer service at all times
* Manage your own workload and travel between jobs
* Maintain tools and complete work to a high standard.
* Mechanical or automotive experience (minimum Level 2/3 qualification preferred)
* Full UK driving licence essential
* Ideally 10+ years driving experience
* Confident working independently and solving problems on-site
* Good communication and customer service skills
* Reliable, professional, and motivated attitude.
Desirable Skills (Not Essential):
* Previous locksmith, auto-electrician, or vehicle security experience
* Experience working in mobile or customer-facing roles.
