Job Description: Female Care Support Worker
We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Bank Female Care Support Worker with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn. If you are a reliable team player with strong communication skills, we would love to hear from you. A full, clean UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential, as the role involves travel within the Colchester area.

Role Overview:
- Provide care and support in line with best practices, legal requirements, and the organization’s policies and procedures.
- Work under the guidance of a Senior Carer to ensure high standards of care.
- Support service users in maintaining their independence, skills, and personal interests through person-centred care tailored to each individual.
- Stay up to date with relevant skills and knowledge through ongoing training and development.
