Key Responsibilities
- Preparing and cooking menu items to a consistently high standard
- Maintaining food hygiene, health and safety, and cleanliness standards
- Assisting with stock control and food storage procedures
- Working efficiently during busy service periods
- Supporting the wider kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operations
Requirements
- Previous experience in a professional kitchen is preferred
- Good knowledge of food hygiene and kitchen safety practices
- Ability to work effectively under pressure
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- A positive attitude and team-focused approach
- Availability to work weekends is essential
