What you will do:

Explain how Paid Search performance and business data work together to deliver commercial results for clients

Use data analysis to uncover trends, diagnose issues and drive measurable performance improvements

Day-to-day optimisation of Paid Search campaigns across Google Ads and related platforms

Build, analyse and interpret large datasets to extract insight and opportunities

Produce clear, compelling performance reports for clients

Conduct full-funnel account audits to identify growth and efficiency opportunities

Develop testing roadmaps and optimise toward client goals
-
Collaborate with internal teams to align PPC strategy with broader digital activity
-
Support the rollout of automation, scripts and data-driven workflows
-
Participate in new business pitches and create supporting materials

Maintain a strong understanding of platform changes, industry trends and best practices

Provide proactive client communication, sharing insights and recommendations regularly

Document processes and contribute to improving ways of working

Mentor junior team members where appropriate
Requirements

Deep understanding of Google Ads and strong proficiency in Excel/Sheets
