Ravenscroft are one of the leading independent roadside assistance providers in the UK, working for all the major motoring organisations and Hampshire Police.
Due to business expansion, we have a vacancy for a Call Handler to join our busy 24 hour control room based at Fleet Services on the M3.
If you thrive in a fast-paced environment you could be just the person to join our friendly team. This is an important role where you will be assisting the Controller with the workload of our roadside operatives and liaising with our customers and motoring organisations. You will need to have excellent customer service skills and be organised and flexible. Previous experience in a customer service role and an interest in the motor trade would be an advantage. Should you enjoy the role and want to progress later into a Controller when a position opens up, we can look into training you along side your Call Handler role.
The role is shift based covering both weekdays, weekends and holiday cover. The shifts are 12 hours long and are currently 11am to 11pm.
