We are looking for people with empathy and compassion to assist vulnerable adults reach their ambitions and aspirations. You will support young adults to live effective independent lives, based at Cantraybridge, Croy. You do not require qualifications for this as we will support you whilst you train to SVQ 2 in Health and Social Care. We work to the Health and Social Care Standards and the Scottish Social Service Council (SSSC) code of practice.
We have two part-time positions of 24 hours per week Monday to Sunday permanent contract.
Usual shift patterns are detailed below. However, there is flexibility within the service and this will be discussed further with you at interview.
Weekdays – 4pm-10pm
Weekends – 10am-4pm, 4pm-10pm, 12pm-6pm
We are Scotland's specialist learning development establishment for young adults with learning disabilities, autism or similar additional needs. We are situated in a rural environment and therefore a driving licence and car are essential.
