We are currently looking for a Post 16 Vocational Skills Instructor to deliver any vocational subject. As a mentor you will plan and deliver learning programmes to small groups or one to one, virtually and face to face to enable them to explore and assess their own skills and progress their functional skills.
You will manage your time and be accountable for learners’ achievements and will liaise with each learner’s circle of support, employers and other third parties to build a team approach to enable the learner to achieve their aims.

What we are looking for:
- Someone with high expectations, who encourages every student to excel
- A dedicated professional who loves delivering exceptional learning experiences
- Certificate in Education Level 4/PGCE- desirable (within 3 years be working towards achieving QTLS) or equivalent
- Vocational Subject at a level 3 or above- essential
- Literacy/Numeracy level 2 or equivalent - essential
- Experience of working with SEND learners -essential
- Assessor's Award or Equivalent - desirable
- Verifiers Award or equivalent (or willing to undertake)
