Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and detail oriented Claims Team Leader to oversee the claims processing team within our dynamic repair operations. Duties
- Supervise and motivate a team of claims processors to meet productivity and quality standards.
- Provide guidance and support to team members on claims procedures, documentation, and customer interactions.
- Review and approve claim files for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies.
- Help coordinate workflow to ensure timely processing of claims and adherence to deadlines.
- Maintain detailed records of claims activities, escalations, and team performance metrics.
Qualifications
- Proven clerical experience with strong organisational skills in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated leadership ability managing or supervising a team within a claims setting
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively guide team members and liaise with stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to review complex claim documentation thoroughly
- Proficiency in claim management software and Microsoft Office Suite applications
- Ability to prioritise tasks efficiently while maintaining accuracy under pressure
