JOB TITLE: Head of Product
SALARY: £106,565 - £148,850 pa
LOCATION(S):
Manchester, Edinburgh, Leeds, Halifax, Bristol, Birmingham, London
HOURS: Full-time - 35 hours per week
WORKING PATTERN : Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, at one of our office sites. Colleagues with disabilities can be supported with workplace adjustments including hybrid working expectations in line with our Flexibility Works policy.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for the new Head of Product at Everyday Banking, to join the Consumer Payments Platform team at Lloyds Banking Group.

In this role, you'd be shaping and communicating a compelling vision that aligns organisational strategy, customer needs, technology direction and regulatory expectations in addition to:
Defining the “why” and “what” at product domain level and shape the conditions for delivery, ensuring outcomes are achieved across customer, commercial, regulatory and technical dimensions.
Leading experimentation at scale, manage the full product lifecycle, and drive sustained business value.
Being end ‑ to ‑ end accountable for commercial performance , including budgets, forecasting and long ‑ term financial outcomes. You make complex investment and prioritisation decisions informed by data, insight and market awareness.
Being responsible for the control environment across your product domain , resetting and upholding risk frameworks and ensuring resilience, compliance and good customer outcomes are embedded as part of the product’s DNA.
Developing and leading other Product Leaders, building product capability, strengthening communities of practice and representing product thinking in senior governance and decision ‑ making forums. You'll champion inclusive leadership, curiosity and continuous improvement.
Customer Centricity Promotes value of customer outcomes with team and peers and ensures work efforts achieve these. Anticipates customers' needs and uses customer input and steer to present targeted, integrated, and outcome-focused solutions and opportunities.
Customer Product Ownership Promotes value of customer outcomes with team and peers and ensures work efforts achieve these. Anticipates customers' needs and uses customer input and steer to present targeted, integrated, and outcome-focused solutions and opportunities.
Risk Management Own product ‑ level controls and governance for your area . E nsure strong governance, stakeholder management, and safe, compliant execution.
Legal & Regulatory Compliance Understand the role and purpose of regulation and applies appropriate understanding of relevant regulations to their product decisions. Collaborate on risk assessments via commercial activities across all risk types. Embeds risk management in the team, with a strong understanding of inherent risk and appropriate controls to mitigate risk
