About Us:
MARBL Care is an innovative care provider looking for like-minded people to provide the best possible care for some of the most vulnerable young people in our society. We believe very strongly in taking a holistic approach to the care provided for an individual and aims to work in close partnership with other professionals and organisations – we recognise the value of alternative perspectives. In order to recognise new starters who have already qualified the Health and Social Care Children and Young People Level 3, there will be a financial bonus when starting with us and completion of probatory period.
We are dedicated to creating a nurturing environment where every child feels safe, valued, and truly belongs. Through compassionate care and individualised support, we foster growth, development, and a strong sense of community, helping children reach their fullest potential with confidence and joy.
As a team, we endeavour to identify factors that are compromising a young person’s flexibility and frustrations. We recognise that challenging behaviour is a means to communicate to adults that a young person does not yet possess the tools to handle certain demands in certain situations.
MARBL Care feels that more emphasis should be placed on helping young people to build the skills to be in a problem-solving mode than it is to be in a behaviour modification mode. We also believe that all young people have the right to experience a family life or family type of environment. Preferably within their own family or with the team and within their own community.
We believe in full open and honest communication with young people. And provide regular opportunities for individuals to voice their feelings about living at the house and any general issues about being placed in care. We take participation from the young person seriously and aim to include them in the decision-making process in all aspects of their daily lives.
