Salary: £38,343 – £44,202 per annum (dependent on qualifications and experience)

This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and creative professional to lead the design, implementation, and continuous development of our Early Years curriculum while championing inclusive practice and supporting children with additional needs.
About the Role
As Curriculum Lead, you will work closely with the team to ensure learning experiences are rich, child-centred, and firmly rooted in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
You will play a key role in shaping inclusive strategies, supporting staff, and working collaboratively with families and external professionals to ensure every child can thrive.
Qualifications & Experience
To be considered for this role, you must:
- Hold a Level 4 qualification or above in Early Years
- Have a minimum of Five years' leadership experience within an Early Years setting
- Demonstrate the ability to effectively lead, support, and supervise staff
- Have experience supporting children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)
