Job Summary
We are seeking friendly and efficient Front of House Staff to join our team in London as Cashiers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer orders and payments, supporting daily front-of-house operations, and helping create a positive dining experience for customers. Previous hospitality experience is preferred, but full training can be provided for the right candidate.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer orders and payment transactions (cash, card, QR payments, and delivery platforms)
- Process takeaway and delivery orders accurately and communicate with kitchen staff when needed
- Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with general enquiries
- Support front-of-house operations, including food packing and order handover
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the cashier and dining areas
- Assist with opening and closing duties, including basic preparation and end-of-day cleaning
Requirements
- Responsible, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Basic English communication skills required
- Previous restaurant, retail, or cashier experience is an advantage
- Able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays
- Positive attitude and good teamwork skills
