Up to £12.71 per hour + Tronc (tips)
As a Kitchen Porter, you’ll be the backbone of our kitchen, helping everything run smoothly behind the scenes. You’ll work closely with our chefs to ensure they have clean plates, cutlery, and equipment so they can deliver our high-quality dishes to customers.
This is a key support role where your work makes a real difference to the team and the overall dining experience.
What we’re looking for:
- Strong work ethic.This is a fast-paced, hands-on role. You’ll be on your feet, staying active, and supporting the kitchen wherever needed. Reliability and a positive “can-do” attitude are essential.
- Attention to detailFrom spotless dishes to a clean and organised kitchen, you’ll take pride in maintaining high hygiene and safety standards at all times.
- Ability to work under pressureOur kitchen can get busy, especially during service. You’ll need to stay calm, focused, and work efficiently as part of a team.
- Team spiritYou’ll be working closely with chefs and front-of-house staff. A helpful attitude and good communication will make a big difference to the whole team.
