At Flywalk LTD, home of Skates.co.uk, BadmintonHQ, TennisHQ and PadelHQ, we’re passionate about great products and even better customer service.
We’re looking for a friendly, organised and confident Customer Service Advisor to join our team in Romsey. You’ll be helping customers across our brands with everything from product advice and order queries to deliveries, returns and general support.
It’s a busy, varied role where no two days are quite the same, so we’re looking for someone who enjoys helping people, can think on their feet and stays calm when things get hectic.
What you’ll be doing
- Helping customers by phone and email in a friendly, professional way
- Providing product advice and helping customers find the right solution
- Dealing with order, delivery, return and general customer service queries
- Working through problems efficiently and keeping customers updated
- Working closely with the rest of the team to make sure issues are resolved properly
- Keeping a positive and professional approach, even during busy periods
What we’re looking for
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Confident using computers and learning new systems
- Good organisation and attention to detail
- A calm, practical approach to problem solving
- Someone who enjoys helping people and working as part of a team
- English GCSE Grade C/4 or above
- Previous customer service experience would be useful, but isn’t essential
