Are you passionate about building partnerships, supporting student success, and driving innovation?
We’re looking for an Employer and Enterprise Engagement Officer to play a key role in connecting students with real-world opportunities.
In this exciting role, you’ll develop and manage relationships with SMEs, start-ups, and industry partners to create impactful placements, internships, live projects, and enterprise initiatives. Working closely with academic teams and external stakeholders, you’ll help embed employability and entrepreneurial experiences into the student journey.
You will build and manage partnerships with employers, particularly SMEs and start-ups; create and deliver placements, internships, live briefs, and enterprise opportunities; coordinate employer-led projects that enhance learning and employability; support students to engage confidently with employers and explore entrepreneurship; plan and deliver enterprise events, networking opportunities, and showcases; and track and report on engagement activity to drive continuous improvement.
You will be experienced in relationship-building and stakeholder engagement; be a strong communicator with excellent organisational skills; have knowledge of employability, recruitment, or enterprise in a higher education or similar context; and be proactive, collaborative, and passionate about student outcomes.
