Pay: £13 per hour
Working hours:
- Saturday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (30-minute unpaid lunch break)
- Sunday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (30-minute unpaid lunch break)
- 1 hour of online training provided (flexible timing and fully paid)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bridal and occasion dress sales and customer service. As a Sales Associate, you will play a pivotal role in assisting our customers in finding their dream dresses and ensuring they have an exceptional shopping experience.
Responsibilities:
Assist clients in selecting dresses and accessories that suit their style and preferences.
Provide personalized and attentive customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
Maintain a deep knowledge of our product offerings, including fabrics and styles.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals.
Manage and organize the bridal boutique's inventory, ensuring a well-stocked and organized showroom.
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and goals.
Participate in bridal events, trunk shows, and promotional activities as needed.
Stay updated on bridal trends and industry developments to better advise clients.
Admin tasks include but not limited to – appointment bookings, pre-appointment consultation, customer order/information processing after appointment/walk-ins.
Shop floor standards, tidying and organising the store.
Carry out the Fittings with booked clients and must have good time management skills
Qualifications:
Previous experience in bridal and occasional dresses sales is required.
A reliable, outgoing, hard-working, and confident dress lover with a good attitude. Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Detail-oriented with a keen eye for fashion and style.
Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
