Bates Farms & Dairy's Ltd are a family run company who have been established in Southport since 1939. Our Head Office is based in Southport where we process and distribute milk and cream to domestic and commercial customers across the North West.
We are recruiting for a full-time production assistant to join our team at Stamford Road Southport. We are seeking an employee who is comfortable with 6am morning starts.
The position involves working alongside our existing team in the production plant 5 days a week, you would be working most Saturdays, the finishing time is around 2:30pm.
You will be required to
- Produce and package milk & cream;
- Assist in cleaning of milk processing machinery;
- Ensuring the correct quantities of products are produced;
- Complete documentation correctly;
We are looking for an employee who can show:
- The applicants must be physically fit as the job involves lifting crates of milk;
- Show initiative to problem solve independently and as part of a team;
- Must always be punctual for the start of day;
