We pride ourselves on fresh home cooked food, using local sourced ingredients from some of Yorkshire best suppliers.

Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing ingredients and cooking dishes according to established recipes and standards
- Support the food production process by ensuring timely and accurate delivery of menu items
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including workstations, utensils, and storage areas
- Follow all food safety regulations and hygiene practices diligently to uphold health standards
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy service periods
- Supervise junior staff or trainees when required, providing guidance and support in food preparation tasks
- Contribute to inventory management by monitoring stock levels and notifying supervisors of shortages or issues
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a kitchen or hospitality environment is preferred but not mandatory; a strong willingness to learn is essential
- Demonstrated knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen safety protocols
- Leadership qualities with some supervising experience or team management skills are advantageous
- Passion for culinary arts with a keen eye for detail and quality control
- Excellent communication skills to work effectively within a fast-paced team setting
- Understanding of food safety standards and hygiene practices applicable in restaurant settings
- Ability to stand for extended periods, work under pressure, and adapt quickly during service hours
