A corporate client is planning their next event. A travel partner is looking for new opportunities. A direct enquiry arrives that could become a significant piece of business for the hotel.
As our Hotel Revenue Coordinator, you'll help turn those opportunities into revenue.
Work closely with the Hotel Revenue Manager, Reservations Team, Sales Team, and Hotel Operations to drive new business, build lasting relationships, and help grow revenue across corporate, leisure, travel trade, and direct booking channels.

What You'll Be Doing
- Generating and converting new corporate, leisure, group, and travel trade business
- Building relationships with clients, partners, and key accounts to drive repeat business
- Managing enquiries from first contact through to confirmation
- Negotiating rates and contracts in line with revenue strategy
- Supporting pricing, occupancy, and revenue performance alongside the Hotel Revenue Manager
- Identifying new opportunities, markets, and business channels for growth
- Working closely with operational teams to deliver a seamless customer experience
What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone with:
- Experience in hotel sales, hospitality business development, revenue, or reservations
- A proven ability to achieve sales or revenue targets
- Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- A proactive, organised approach and a passion for winning new business
