Homerewire are an established electrical contractor who for over 12 years have specialised in domestic rewires. using the strength of our brand we have recently created a general electrician services side to our business which delivers general premium electrical services to homeowners with the same speed, efficiency and professionalism the homerewire name has became recognised for.
Our service team are looking for hungry electricians who want to deliver fast, professional services for all those jobs around peoples homes, everything thats not a rewire.
This is not another electrician role that you plod through on your hourly rate, we want someone who is fast, wants to get as many jobs done each day as possible while maintaining high standards, and be rewarded by our bonus and commission system that makes some of our electricians the best paid in the industry.
A basic £22/hour rate is offered based on 40 hours, with clear financial targets, and anything above target is reward in a profit share system, as well as bonuses on reviews and customer feedback. Overtime is always available, and earning potential is high for the right candidate.
You must have a positive attitude, a strong focus on customer service and most importantly be able to work on own initiative, problem solve on site and require little instruction for basic jobs. Good management skills are key and the ability to communicate effectively with other team mates, clients and office staff.
Testing experience is essential, and must be able to carry out full tests on domestic environments. Experience of using basic
Duties will include;
- Small works ranging from lighting installs to socket additions etc
- Aftercare services, small changes and fixes
- Testing and site surveying, checking for poor electrics and unsafe installations.
- Spot checks on completed works.
- Carrying out jobbing works as separate projects with bonus incentives
- General help with logistical operations
- Client communication in relation to technical aspects of works.
- Basic computer skills and the ability to operate NICEIC software.
New van supplied and all plant tools and equipment issued.
