Barista – Coffee Trailer (Mill Hill East)
We're looking for a reliable and friendly Barista to join our coffee trailer in Mill Hill East.
Requirements
- At least 6 months of barista experience.
- Confident using a traditional espresso machine (not a bean-to-cup or automatic machine).
- Able to consistently produce high-quality espresso-based drinks.
- Reliable and punctual, with the ability to start work at 6:30 am.
- Friendly, approachable, and always happy to greet customers with a smile.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- The legal right to work in the UK.
- Able to receive payment through PAYE (on payroll).
Responsibilities
- Preparing high-quality coffee and other hot drinks.
- Setting up the coffee trailer before opening.
- Providing outstanding customer service.
- Keeping the workspace clean, organised, and food-safe.
- Handling payments and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
- Assisting with stock and daily opening/closing duties.
