Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our food production processes while adhering to strict safety and quality standards. This position requires a strong understanding of food safety protocols, mechanical knowledge, and basic mathematical skills to contribute effectively to our production goals.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the daily operations of food production, ensuring compliance with HACCP guidelines.
- Monitor and maintain food safety standards throughout the production process.
- Admin duties of unloading orders onto the system.
- Pick and pack customer orders.
- Collaborate with team members to optimise production efficiency and workflow.
- Follow all health and safety regulations to create a safe working environment.
Experience
- Previous experience in a food production environment is preferred but not essential.
- Familiarity with HACCP principles and food safety regulations is advantageous.
- Basic maths skills for measuring ingredients and recording data accurately.
- Mechanical knowledge to assist with equipment operation and maintenance is beneficial.
- A proactive attitude towards learning new skills and improving processes within the team.
