A.G.E Nursing Homes Limited has been a family-run care home provider for forty years and is looking for a self-motivated and organised individual to be responsible for care home maintenance.
Responsibilities will include carrying out tests, checks in accordance with the care home's maintenance planner to ensure a safe environment for residents, staff and visitors as well as fixing minor repairs in a timely manner and maintaining a good standard of decoration and presentation of the care home.
Applicants must be competent in general building maintenance and prior experience in a similar role would be an advantage
