The Role
We're seeking a skilled and motivated Mechanic/Vehicle Technician to carry out servicing, maintenance, and repairs on a wide range of vehicles.
Key Responsibilities
- Service and repair motorhomes (engine, chassis, and mechanical systems)
- Conduct habitation checks and engine servicing
- Diagnose faults using diagnostic equipment and technical expertise
- Carry out pre-delivery inspections (PDI) on new vehicles
- Perform MOT preparation and warranty work
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation
- Work to manufacturer standards and guidelines
- Ensure all work meets health and safety regulations
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a vehicle technician or mechanic
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills
- Full UK driving licence
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of work
Desirable
- Experience working on motorhomes, campervans, or commercial vehicles
- Knowledge of Fiat, Peugeot, or Ford base vehicle systems
- Familiarity with habitation systems (gas, water, electrical)
- Manufacturer-specific training or certifications
