Purpose of the role:
We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Pastry Commis Chef to join our talented team at our prestigious Pall Mall clubhouse. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a keen interest in pastry who is eager to learn, grow, and develop their skills in a professional and supportive environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of food under the supervision of senior chefs.
- Ensure all standard operating procedures are adhered to ensure a consistent delivery of excellence and positive member experience
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen.
About you:
- Experience in a similar environment
- Basic food hygiene skills
- Completed NVQ levels 1 and 2 or working towards completion
- Passion for a career in high end hospitality
- Willingness to learn and take direction.
