Our biggest and most exciting time of year is approaching, and we’re looking for brilliant people to join the team at Over Farm for our famous Halloween events - Spookyard and Pumpkins After Dark.
Every autumn, Over Farm transforms for Halloween, welcoming thousands of visitors for pumpkins, spooky fun, food, drinks and unforgettable experiences.
It takes a fantastic team to make it all happen - and that’s where you come in.
We’re looking for friendly, energetic and reliable people who love working with others and aren’t afraid of a busy shift!
Whether you’re serving a great coffee, pouring drinks at the bar, welcoming excited families or helping visitors make the most of their experience, you’ll play an important part in creating the atmosphere that makes Halloween at Over Farm so special.
We’re recruiting for:
Customer Service Team Members
You’ll be at the heart of the visitor experience - welcoming customers, answering questions, helping around the site and making sure everyone has a brilliant time.
Baristas (experienced)
Help keep our visitors fuelled for their adventure! You’ll be preparing and serving hot drinks and refreshments while providing fast, friendly service in a busy environment.
Bar Staff (18+)
Join our bar team during our evening events, serving drinks and helping create a fantastic atmosphere for our Pumpkins After Dark visitors.
What we’re looking for
You don’t necessarily need loads of experience. For many of our roles, attitude is more important than your CV.
We’re looking for people who are:
- Friendly, confident and approachable
- Positive and enthusiastic
- Great with customers
- Reliable and hardworking
- Comfortable working as part of a busy team
- Happy working in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to get stuck in wherever needed
Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, attractions or events is a bonus, but it isn’t essential for every role.
Please note: age restrictions may apply to bar duties.
When will I be working?
Our Halloween season is one of the busiest and most exciting times of the year, so weekend, evening and school holiday availability during October is particularly important.
For the right candidate, there may also be opportunities to work with us beyond Halloween, including weekends, school holidays and other seasonal events at Over Farm.

Pay: £8.00-£12.71 per hour
